Chia Chuang

Chia-Ching (Chia) is a licensed paralegal working in the Housing Department of the clinic. Chia has been a licensed paralegal since 2018 after graduating from Seneca College with Honours in the Accelerated Paralegal Program. Chia joined the clinic in 2019.
